Terms & Conditions

Purchase Policy

  • All goods that we sell, whether online or in our stores are sold on these Terms & Conditions.
  • We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by
    posting the updated or modified version of these Terms & Conditions on our Website.
  •  All sale prices during promotions are shown alongside the Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
    for your reference. Prices are subject to change and Enhance Furnishing reserves the right to
    amend prices without further notifications.
  •   Special orders cannot be cancelled or altered once the order is placed (Special order options
    are not available online as we would require our customers to sign off on custom orders).
  •  Enhance Furnishing will hold your order up to 4 months with full payment to be finalized
    within 60 days of purchase, otherwise, your order will incur a storage fee of $30 per day. If the
    goods are not collected or delivered within the specified period, Enhance Furnishing has the
    right to cancel the order.
  •  Prices for Products change from time to time due to price increases in the supply chain and we
    do not provide any notice of these changes. For your convenience we can accept credit
    cards in-store, Credit cards may NOT be accepted over the phone.
  •  Enhance Furnishing will not allow discounts to be entered after an order has been placed and
    finalized.

Return & Change of mind

For products (excluding upholstered and furniture products, clearance and sale products,
products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where
this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product) collected and
paid for at the time of purchase in store, in addition to the rights granted by the applicable statute
(including the Australian Consumer Law) Enhance Furnishing shall not accept a cancellation for
change of mind by a customer, unless Enhance Furnishing chooses to do so at its absolute
discretion.

  • If Enhance Furnishing does accept such cancellation, the customer must pay an amount to
    Enhance Furnishing which in Enhance Furnishing reasonable view reflects the loss that Enhance
    Furnishing will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (including but not limited to storage
    fees and any markdown up to 40%). Enhance Furnishing shall offset this amount against any
    monies already paid to us by the customer for this product, and refund the balance. For any
    cancellation charges over and above what has already been paid to Enhance Furnishing, the
    customer must pay such amounts to Enhance Furnishing within 7 days
    .
  • Not withstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, orders for products which
    are made to individual customer specifications, including custom made furniture products, or
    custom fabric products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer cannot be cancelled
    or returned if the customer decides the customer no longer wants the products.
